13969 Metrotech Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151
Butter Chicken is worth the Uber, the bike, the walk, the drive, the hitchhike, the teleport... you MUST consume this nectar. And, also Biryanis, Karahis, Chappaqua to name a few- each is delicious. Alhamdulilah! BONELESS (or, Bone-In) Chicken! While one spouse is shopping at Lotte, the other spouse can be picking up dinner right around the corner! They cater. Pleasant clean dining area. ★★★☆☆ Our order today had 1. Chapli Kabab
2. Chicken Tikka Kabab. 1. Proper Peshawari Chapli Kabab are made from beef. To my surprise these 2 round Chapli kabab tikis were made from chicken. I was born and raised in N.W.F.P now K.P. Region of Peshawar so I know what a good Chapli Kabab taste likes. This didn’t come close to it. Please don’t waste your money ordering it. 2. The Chicken Tikka Kabab were better tasting and flavorful. BTW The Chicken Seekh Kabab is also good tasting. All the food today was mild tasting. It’s not hot (spicy) tasting. I had to add a pinch of salt to even taste what I was eating. The two ladies at the counter were very helpful, pleasant and polite. BTW the $3 cup of desi mixed karak (tea) chai does not have free refills as their other restaurant Desi Breakfast Club in Herndon,VA. Posted on February 27, 2022 |

★★★★★ Great place, if you want a Karahi - this is the place to come to!!! Posted on January 10, 2014 |

★★★★★ I really enjoyed the chicken karahi because of the interesting variety of spices and vegetables all in one. The service was excellent but waiting for the food was a little long. This was my first time trying Indian food, and I was quite impressed. I will definitely come back to Charcoal Chicken, for sure. Posted on December 29, 2013 |

★★★★☆ My wife and I were craving some nice chicken karahi. This place seemed the best option given the proximity to our house. We drove over and order two servings of the karahi for 26 and it really looked like serving for one person. It tasted good but the portion size was really small. Overall it was a clean place and I would recommend it if the portion size increased. Posted on November 18, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ It's not an Afghan restaurant, it's Paki/Indian. I have been there once and got the chiclet wrap, it wasn't that great. Might go back some time in the future. Posted on July 3, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ This place was alright. I might go back if I am in the area but I only liked some of the food that we ordered. It was a little quiet and a clean place. But it is not one of my favorites. Posted on December 15, 2012 |

★★★★★ My wife and I ate here twice so far but now that we live in the area this is going to be our spot. The food was excellent and the owner is very pleasant. Everything we ordered was tasty and the portions were of a nice size. Hope to eat here for many years to come. Posted on October 26, 2012 |

★★★★★ The best Karhai chicken/lamb you can ask for. All my family members enjoyed the food here. Prices are reasonable. Efficient service and friendly people. Posted on November 25, 2011 |

★★★★★ Best Pakistani food in Washington DC metro (Northern Virginia) region. Food is finger licking good and service is even better. Portion are very generous and prices are reasonable.
No kidding but the food is really OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! Food and produce are very fresh. Due to a large Korean grocery store in the back, the owner don't store any vegetables in frig overnight, bought daily and 'as needed', and believe me you can tell.
Any food is cooked to perfection, but the dishes we tried, which are a MUST try are Chicken Karahi and Lamb Kebob. Note I normally don't like lamb taste but this kebob was moist, flavorful and yummy. Chicken Karahi is our favorite dish. If you like spicy food, please make sure to tell that at the order time.
We eat out a lot and this is now our favorite Pakistani place to eat. We have been there about four times and each time the food is 5 star. Posted on October 30, 2011 |

★★★★★ I have been to this restaurant several times. It is the most delicious Pakistani restaurant in the area. The place is very friendly, and the food is so delicious that you will not stop eating until it is finished.
You got to try it, you will always enjoy it. Posted on August 7, 2011 |

★★★★★ The food is excellent. It is hot and all made fresh. The owner is very nice and welcoming. He make sure you get what you want. The menus are all good food. What I normally get is Chicken Karahi, chicken kabob, chai, Gyro chicken. It's all good and juicy. You can't go wrong with Charcoal Chicken. I go there like as if it's my kitchen. Try it and I am sure you will love their food. It's the best all paki restaurant I have always been. If you enjoy it too, do like I did. Write a review. Posted on June 9, 2011 |

★★★★★ This place is incredible. I went here for lunch and had the Gyros sandwich which tasted excellent. It was cooked well and made just right. The service was top of the line, as the owner was there to greet me with a smile, was very friendly and professional. He made sure all my requests were taken care of. The place was really neat and clean as well and the prices were decent. I I really look forward in returning !! Posted on February 25, 2011 |

★★★★★ Excellent food, made fresh to order. Price is reasonable and the portion size is generous. Try their combo, it is really good. However, you have to wait a while before your food is served since they cook it fresh.
Friendly service and friendly owner (who gave me a small free soda with my order). Posted on February 9, 2011 |

★★★★★ This defiantly the best pakistani restaurant in the area. I have eaten at lot of other places but nothing compares to the meal i had here. I went with my family, The Chicken Karahi was recommended to us, which was very delicious, and their Charcoal Combo is really good way to try all of their Kabobs for only $9.99.. defiantly coming back here. And bringing my friends too. Posted on December 23, 2010 |

★★★★★ We got recommended by a friend to and try this new restaurant. This is pretty new restaurant, so I took my family and went out for dinner last Friday. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
After we placed our order, it was brought to us on our table. We had Goat Karahi, Seekh Kabob, & Chicken Tikka. The food was very delicious, everybody loved it. We spent about $7 or $8 per person.
I am defiantly coming back to this restaurant and bringing lot more people with me. Posted on August 21, 2010 |
