★★★★★ First time here ! Amazing customer service . The food is delicious I had a sultani chicken Posted on August 16, 2018 |

★★★★★ came here for dinner the other night. this place has amazing kabobs. I would recommend the koobideh combo, chenjeh kabob, and fesenjeh. it's pricy but they have great portions. quality is amazing. one thing to note: parking is all street parking so be prepared for that. otherwise this is a great place! ★★★★☆ Food is good, when going for lunch, they could cheat you in their prices
They write 10$ for lunch, but they charge you 14$
When asking, they will try to run away. Careful Posted on November 28, 2014 |

★★★★☆ Nice joint between UCLA and Santa Monica Boulevard. We were assured that all meat served at the restaurant is halal. A bit on the pricey side, however the food is very tasty, and you do get a nice hearty portion. Beef and chicken koobideh were delicious. Service is good and accommodating. All in all, this is a four star establishment, and I would return next time I'm in the area. I recommend. Posted on July 21, 2014 |

★★★★★ I found out about this restaurant from a review and upon calling found that it was a full halal menu. They are a bit ore in the pricy side but well worth it. Fresh taftoon served as well as large portions. The staff are friendly and the environment is clean and beautifully decorated. Posted on April 7, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Alhumdulillah great food. The waiters and owners are very polite. The restaurant was real crowded when we got there and we didn't want to sit near the door so they accommodated us by moving tables around in the middle of the restaurant. The waiters are very efficient. The restaurant itself is beautiful with gigantic mirror art pieces on the walls and really nice chairs. You feel like you're at a fancy place. Food was real good especially the eggplant dish with lamb. It was a bit pricey ranging from $14-22 per dish but its worth it for the ambiance. The staff assured us it was all halal when we called. I would go there again. Posted on January 28, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Have heard rumors that the food is not Zabibah but it was confirmed to me by the staff that it was halal. Service is pretty good. Place is very clean and semi-formal. Food is decent, but a little costly. Good place Overall. Posted on April 25, 2009 |

★★★★☆ Ive been here many times and have asked many different people including the chef if the meat is halal and i have always heard yes, but i just dont feel very comfortable eating halal food at a restaurant that has belly dancing at the same time. the food is good though. ★★★★☆ Just returned from a vacation in LA. We visited Flame one evening and asked for confirmation before ordering of the halal products. We were told by the waitress that only the lamb is halal. I asked for a second opinion from another member of staff who aslo confirmed that only the lamb is halal. Therefore, please be careful if you visit the restaurant withthe intention of ordering chicken products. On the plus side, the lamb chops were absolutely delicious! Posted on November 8, 2007 |

NR ive called numerous times and spoken to someone on the there and they repeatedly have told me that the chicken is not halal. there is no confusion as i can speak and understand persian(farsi) and am communicating with someone who clearly knows what i am talking about and has been trained to answer the question (many times some brothers/sisters ask the waiter/cashier of an establishment who isnt at all qualified to answer whether the owner is using halal meat) and they tell me that beef and lamb is halal but not the chicken. as someone who enjoys iranian chicken kabobs it is rather frustrating. im sure what they say is halal is though. ★★★★★ The food is excellent, all zabihah and NO ALCOHOL served! Can get pretty crowded for dinner on weekends, so I would reccomend a reservation. Beautiful interior, and food is delicious. Although, service can be improved! Posted on June 9, 2007 |
