An evening at Spice & Tonic Indian Cuisine consists of food pleasurable to the palette, and an atmosphere that has a perfect balance of tranquility and excitement. The main features of Spice & Tonic are the aromatic dishes that are presented to the customers. These dishes contain many spices that have been dated back to the times of the Maharajas. Spices like turmeric, red chili, coriander, garam masala, and cumin enhance the flavors of the already extraordinary dishes — many of which are vegan and/or gluten-free.
Today we carry this ancient tradition of culinary excellence at Spice & Tonic under the supervision of the first chef to bring North Indian food to Minneapolis and of one of the best North Indian culinary arts master in the Midwest Chef Joginder Cheema joined with Manjit Singh.
