★★★☆☆ Visited Slemani on Eid, busy, but not full like other restaurants on this day. Good, prompt service, freshly made, delicious bread and plenty of it, and the best Iraqi kebabs (hubby's Iraqi and we've tried many different restaurants, so far these are the no. 1).
Price I think was average, for 1 starter between us and 2 plates of kebab, it was about 28 pounds.
A couple of not so good points tho, music was loud and maybe they would be better off using the floor space for extra tables rather than for the band; with 2 TVs on the wall, one of those could be used for entertainment.
The toilets downstairs are tiny, with just enough room to fit one person in the washing area only.
They could offer free tea.. :P Posted on August 8, 2013 |

★★★★☆ the atmosphere is not the best and the prices somewhat high. however, there is little doubt that they do the best kabab/kubideh on edgware road Posted on September 11, 2011 |

★★★★☆ The food was only marvelous.
Something I did not like is the noisy music.
Prices were a bit expensive but in comparison with near restaurants, prices are fairly OK. Posted on January 31, 2010 |

★★★★☆ Food is delicious. The venue is a bit tacky with the guy singing karaoke style, but not too much of a distraction Posted on August 3, 2009 |
