★★★★☆ Ate here on recent visit to Lahore, very large premises, service was quick, food was pipping hot & excellent, chicken karahi and lamb jalfrazi were both very good and the chicken wings were excellent. It does get loud but worth it for excellent food and value. Posted on November 3, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ We have been disappointed by portion size, quality of food and cleanliness of the premises. The general housekeeping is not up to high standard. Filthy floors and skirting is disappointing even before ordering food. We ordered lamb Karahi, biryani, seekh keebab and kheer. Lamb Karahi portion was too small and meet was not tender. Biryani tates good. Sheesh kebab was okay. Roti was probably the best of all crispy and delicious. Kheer came in a little plastic container like baby food. The huge restaurant had only one additional customer and we noticed alcohol was being consumed in the premises. Overall very disappointed with experience which was bit costly than average Indian restaurant. Posted on March 16, 2014 |

★★★★☆ Decent curry's and affordable prices.
Go here to get some of the most excellent chicken/lamb sheesh kebab rolls you can get for takeaway! Posted on January 2, 2010 |

★★★★★ Been coming here for many years. All i can say quality is good as it ever was. It seems to be expanding and expanding in size as well. First floor hall is the largest i have been to in London for any halal restaurant. Without doubt, the best Pakistani restaurant in London. Posted on October 18, 2009 |

★★★★☆ Come here for the food only. If you go for ambience, rowdy city workers with their alcohol or cleanliness then you will be disappointed. Foodwise their chiken karahi is second to none! Posted on December 3, 2006 |

★★★★★ Very little atmosphere as designed more like a fast food restaurant but when it comes to food, it cant get much better than that. Their meat dishes are absolutely fabulous. Lamb chops are very soft and tasty. Chicken dishes aren't up to the same standard, but still above average. I was personally disappointed with their biryani, but overall a great experience. And you should hope for the Gajar Halwa being just made, as when its fresh its the most delicious you probably get. Service is good, and I always end up going there with Busienss colleagues who forget the atmosphere as soon as food arrives. One of my German colleagues still praises that food 6 months later. ★★★★★ Desi cuisine in England is hand down far superior than anything that one can get in USA. A typical (white) English housewife perhaps can make a better Chiken Tikka Masala than a second generation Desi in USA (by the way, Chicken Tikka Masala was invented in England and not in Pakistan or India). Almost everyone in England understands Indo-Pak food and hence restaurants out here cannot get away with murder (like they do in USA). When it comes to Desi (i.e. Indo-Pak) cuisine, the top three places in London area are i) Salloos (62 Kinnerton Street, London SW1); ii) Gifto's Lahore Karahi (Fort Lahore, 162-164 The Broadway, in Southhall just yards outside the reach of London Underground stations) and iii) Lahore Kebab House in East London. These three places are very different from each other. Sallos is the place where the likes of Bill Gates hang out. Gifto's Lahore Karahi is as huge as a football field and yet has a mile long line for tables. Lahore Kebab House is relatively very small compared to Gifto's and relatively very inexpensive compared to Salloos, but I doubt if there are many such fine places outside of Pakistan. Please do not go to Lahore Kebab House expecting ambience or a refine setting. Please be prepared for a long lines because this place has fanatical fan following. Nonetheless when it comes to Desi food, this is heaven. This place along with the other three places I have mentioned are reason enough to visit London. Posted on February 13, 2006 |

★★☆☆☆ I decided to eat at London Kebab House after reading rave reviews on the internet, and in conclusion it was a very dissappointing effort. Poor Service, Poor Food, and dirty glasses to drink our water from!!! Aviod it like the plague. Posted on September 11, 2004 |

★★★★★ Fabulous food, very busy with asian people, city types in suits, locals and students alike. Good fast service. Posted on July 16, 2004 |

★★★★☆ The food is good, the staff are nice, though not one for a lengthy sit down meal. The variety of dishes are not too extensive, though the ones available are tasty. Posted on April 12, 2004 |
