Very busy as it's on Brick Lane, and for some reason the waiting staff seem to give more attention to the non-asian/alcohol purchasing customers..possibly because most of these retaurants thrive on the drinks! ★★★☆☆ A little peeved with the long wait for service (we went for iftar and the wait staff insisted on eating dinner themselves right in front of us!). However, the food was tasty and inexpensive. Since this part of Brick Lane has become so touristy, you expect service to suffer a bit (after they hustle you in off the street). Well, no surprises here. Posted on November 16, 2003
