★☆☆☆☆ This place was unbelievable! - There's a saying you get what you paid for, but that doesn’t hold true for this place. The prices are high for the type of food on offer. The service was sub standard at best and the food was truly awful. A group of four us ordered a variety of items from the menu - the food was bland and lacked quality. We bought into the idea of ordering the “homemade lamb burgers”, but they turned out to be processed burgers. All in all a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It worked out between £13 to £15 per head and one of my mates ended up having a chip roll, because he didn’t like the rest of his order. LOL. A chip roll for £15! Posted on August 23, 2012
★★☆☆☆ Looks great, menu is intriguing, staff are very freindly...shame the food was very bland and dry. Had a group of 8, all ordering different things from the menu. All of it was boring and tasteless. Posted on January 8, 2011
★★★★★ This is in a great location right next to Mile End tube station. The food served here is actually quite good with excellent customer service. I have been there four times now and would recommend the sirlion steak which is huge. I would also recommend the chitol (fish) kofte curry with rice. It is cooked in a mild sauce and tastes great. We got free popadoms and had loads of food left over in the end which we took away in a doggy bag. It is nicely decorated and quite spacious. Good Stuff would recommend this place. My only negative comment for this place is that the non-alcoholic cocktails need improving. They need someone with proper experience to make them... Posted on November 15, 2010
