NR Spice Kitchen is most likely not halal, this is not a big deal unless you care. However, its not the best place to eat. There are much better options around town. Posted on February 7, 2015

★★☆☆☆ If u have kids or plan to go to their buffet with kids...warning..they will charge u without telling u initially about any costs. We (me, my husband with my two kids..one is 3 years old and another one 15mth old) went here 3 times...and initially were happy with the place.
