★☆☆☆☆ Iranian restaurant means " No halal food". Isn't it a shame ? America and Americans respect only those who love and cherish their culture. When will these people understand that ? Look at the repect and status accorded to Indian/Chinese/Japanese/French/Italian restaurants. All of them serve their food in the true spirit of their culture. An Indian owned restaurant will never sell beef dishes because it is against the Hindu religion to do so ? Islam permits only halal meat and yet most Iranian restaurant only sell non-zabihah meat. ★☆☆☆☆ i asked them about 3 years ago if their meat was halal and i got a verbal answer from one of the staff members that it was NOT halal. However, during the same time-frame, a friend of mine was told it was halal. I would not trust a place that gives you two answers. Better go to a sure place. Posted on May 7, 2004
