★★★★★ Absolutely wonderful food. This is my new fav pizzeria in nj. Don't know why everyone always raves about douglass, but this place is much better. We got the pizza loaded with veggies and meats. It was fabulous when right out the oven. The fried calamari was also a delight. The spaghetti with meat sauce was good but the beef has a slight smell to it. ★★★★★ Thanks to Nunzio's, I can finally have traditional Italian food- not just pasta or shrimp, but chicken, lamb, and beef. Food here is excellent and baked fresh on the premises. Portions are big- don't count on finishing all the food there- with the fresh bread, salad, and main meal, it is impossible to finish everything there- unless you are hungry. ;) Everything is spiced right, without being too overpowering. Owner is very nice and staff is knowledgeable about all the food items if you have any questions about any of the menu items. ★★★★★ We would call this a hidden jewel... my wife n I went their last night and were thrilled with - the serving (overwhelming) - quality of food - owners knowledge of the food - authenticity of Italian taste - ambiance and cleanliness of the place (from inside). - Plenty of space to sit for large parties and families - plenty of parking I was surprised to know that this place has been around for 13 years and has been halal for 7 years. They even have prayer area at the back for namaz. Owners are muslim. Things owner can improve on - The look from outside is a little uncomfortable to take your family but thats about it .. from inside it is pretty spacious and clean - the location is hard to get to if you r not LOOKING for it. It is in the same plaza as Best Buy from acorss Woodbridge mall but its not in the front lot where Bestbuy is. Its actually on the back side so you have to drive around best buy and come to the back - There is no HALAL sign on the outside of the place. Although their flyers and everything says halal. ★★★★☆ I recently saw a menu from Nunzio's and noticed the all important 'halal' mentioned over their motto (Homemade is our Tradition). I have since ordered Pizza from them twice and i have not been dissappointed :) They are in the Best Buy mall and deliver in the Woodbridge area, which is nice since not many Halal places deliver.
