During our meal, I saw a little boy come in with 2 whole chickens in yellow (commercialized like) bags in an HEB grocery bag and handed it to the cashier. That made me a bit suspicious. I inquired with the cashier about whether they served halal and he confirmed. I asked where he got the meat from and he said they get it from Houston. I then told him that I saw the little boy walk in with the 2 whole chickens (I said nothing else), and he said the chickens were for the workers. That makes me a bit suspicious. ★★★★☆ My friends and I have a regular Masala-Wok-night because the food is great, the decor is fun, and the portions are huge. I love that you can order every meal as Mild, Medium, or Spicy. I would recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala because it is decadant and addictive. Also, the Blazing Masala Noodles, Masala Fried Rice, and Chicken Lollipops. My friends and I stick to these meals only because some of the other food is not so great. ★★★★★ This is the same chain that has restaurants in Dallas. They do have a certificate from a Halal meat supplier in Dallas who supplies them with the meat and can show it to you upon request.
