Located in Terminal 1, Central Bldg, 5th Floor. This self-service restaurant specializes in thick udon noodles. Every day we mix flour with salted water and knead it into noodle dough. We then cut the noodles from the dough and boil them ready for you to eat! Inside the restaurant you can look right through into the open kitchen and see the chef preparing the noodles. You can enjoy the delicious flavor of freshly prepared noodles in Kineya Mugimaru's authentic atmosphere. Hand-made udon noodles, tempura, onigiri rice balls... these are all Mugimaru's pride and joy.
