I can't say if the food at Selasih is Halal, or if the menu is full/partial Zabihah, but they do serve alcohol at the restaurant. I know because I had beer with my meal.(I'm not Muslim but I find this site interesting and I respect the point of it) I found the food to be good to excellent but the service is a tad dodgy and slow.
