Extremely clean Halal meat and grocery store. Mostly middle eastern, non-desi selection. This is probably one of the cleaner halal meat stores in the area. Please note most items here are considerably more expensive than other meat stores. They were able to cut our chicken breast fillet into nice, clean sized tikka pieces. Good customer service.

Amity is an amazing place. It's a relatively large Turkish grocery store, with almost any Turkish ingredients/snacks you would ever want. The quality of the meat is also incredible. The beef was bright red, and when I ordered ground beef, it was cut off the bone and ground right in front of me! If I lived closer, I would shop here every time!

great place - VERY VERY CLEAN - can't beat it for Turkish and Middle eastern produce. Definitely recommend the meat - THE CLEANEST PLACE IN THE DC AREA - definitely worth the drive.

The place is clean but it comes at a price. 1 lb whole chicken is 1.49$ and you have to 0.1$/lb if you want to have it in pieces. So basically I got 1 lb of chicken at $1.59 which is almost 40c higher than the price you get at any other Halal meat center in this area. I bought 2 chickens (combined weight of 8.5 lbs) so basically I paid 3.5 additional dollars for two chicken. In this price I have gotten one more chicken from other halal store. I like clean stores but not at this cost.

I blinked my eyes when I saw it - I've never been to a cleaner halal grocery in my life! All the employees were wearing spotless uniforms! If you're really into Indo/Pak cuisine, this place has nothing for you, but if you just want nice cuts of meat, this place can't be beat!

Halal store should be like Amity,I would like to thanks to Amity staff,they are showing us what is halal means...All other halal storestaffs should visit Amity...

A spotless store with plenty of choices. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Many products from Mediterranean countries without the regional "ambiance". And no evangelism.

This is THE CLEANEST food store I have -ever- been in! Very helpful staff and a nice selection. Although I am not Muslim I prefer the high standards of Halal slaughtered meat.

Best Halal store ever in NoVa. The owner is a Turkish guy who is really friendly. The workers are very efficient. Halal meat section is great, turkish feta cheese is also way above the average feta but some can products are about to expire:) So watch out...
