Located between the two premier hotels in the city on Chang An Rd. Open early for breakfast. Noodles freshly made - al dante and the soup piping hot. There are several outlets in the vicinity (I found 4 outlets) but this one is below a local inn with a big bowl of noodle pictured on the glass window. Very friendly hosts.
