Manager/ owner refused to answer questions regarding meat supplies in order to confirm halal status, and in turn got angry. Sorry, but we're in America, where the consumer has rights to inquire.

I come in weekdays, buffet is served from 11:30 to 03:30. Good quality but limited options. Nothing to complain about.

I like going there biweekly for their Sunday buffet. It is great and a lot of variety with fresh food. They always bring more food to the buffet. I like their kebab. My Iranian friends say that it is authentic Persian food. However, they said they may use not real Saffron but I am not a fan of Saffron. I really like it. They have also some Persian grocery at the back of the restaurant.

I asked them many times if it is Halal and they said yes and I also asked them If it is only kosher or it is Halal and again they said it is halal. Their food is great and also the place and the price.

NOT HALAL!: the owners when asked if the food is halal, they have repeatedly said yes. But when also separately asked if it is kosher, they also say yes. It turns out the refer to their food which is kosher as halal (except fot the chicken which is possibly actually halal). It is very difficult for me to trust them again, because there's a difference between kosher and halal, and they should have made this distinction.
