Need to do there little early to get fresh food

The Food was terrible and rotten don't go there

I got Kabab roll to go. It wasnt good. Didnt have sauce in it. Too dry. The kabab tasted like the ones you get from frozen section. However, it was made on skewer. Maybe buffet is good. But to go wasnt good.

This is a very good place. Lunch buffet is fantastic. very good taste. very good service.

Very good food with nice varieties.

Weekend buffet is unbelievably nice! They are very very reasonable knowing that their buffet variety is excellent. Lamb chops and Lamb kabobs are must try! Dessert section is also good.

Nice ambiance. Kinda of located deep in Plano. Food and price is reasonable for the buffet. UPDATE: came here for the first time since 2010. This place has the best lamb chops in DFW. I keep my rating at 4 and not 5 because they forced us 15% tip because we had a party of 13 for LUNCH. Never heard of a place that has that.

Decent buffet. The lamb chops are good. Nothing is to die for but a definite try once.

I went here once for the buffet. The place was overcrowded, loud and they made us sit next to a place that looked like a bar but I did not see them serving alcohol. Also I did not like the choices on the buffet either. Some of the food was oily, bland and did not taste fresh. The only good dish was lamb. The rice dishes were bad with rice getting heated to such a point that it had become dry and crunchy. I haven't gone back to Shendiz Grill since.

Went there excited about the american food menu, got their BBQ burger and was disappointed. Didn't have a very american flavor. The place was great though. Wife had a sahawarma wrap. That was pretty good. I would definitely come back for the Mediterranean food as the menu was huge. Maybe give another american food item a chance.

My family just visited this place a few weeks ago while visiting from chicago. The food was fresh and tasted great. Nice decor and there was a halal sign on display. Food was prepared more Persian style, which is just what they were looking for.

There food can be better sometimes than usual but still a place i recommend to try it

I've been here. Nice decoration, food was OK. When I went around 8pm, it was empty. No background music, it was silent, but some guy kept singing in the kitchen almost all the time, and some guy at the corner kept speaking in loud Iranina (?, I guess) all the time...

Very beautiful place and food is good. bit pricy but it's well worth it. Owner is a very friendly and service is excellent.

Checked out this place during a visit to Dallas.. great food, and kind warm hearted service. Friendly talkative waiter who assisted my sisters and friend well. Beautiful decor.. and ambiance. 5 stars :)

Very nice staff, excellent food, and nice decor.

Love the decor. The food is really good as well. Have had the platters, and they are done well, very large portions. They come out with some bread, cheese and mint leaves as an appetizer for free which is really good - the bread specially. Tried the buffet once, but wasn't too impressed, the menu was better. While you are there, check out the grocery store next door.

It is a very good place for lunch buffet. It is right in the heart of plano. They have a huge buffet. Kebab's are realy good. Dont forget to try their ice cream. Good persian food.
