This place was more than I expected. Based on the location and area you would not expect a halal restaurant. Food was great, fast service, meat was grilled to order and a very village like atmosphere (this restaurant was a former house) - Overall we were very satisfied!
Amazing food at a very reasonable prices. Chicken stew in walnut sauce a must must.
Salams and Hi THis restaurant is fantastic. I have gone a few times now with co-workers and family. I'm vegetarian and my "co-eaters" are meat eaters. Some are Muslim like me, some are not (yet, ;)). All enjoyed the food very much. Price range for us has been from $5 - $under $15 each. They even have a soup for $3! It's clean and various staff including the owner are very polite and helpful, informative. You know how everyone says their falafel is the "best", well, this is the best falafel. Not only is it flavourful, but the choice combination of beans and spices make it fulfilling, but not achey on the stomach. Coming into or going out of town (it's near the highway but also in town) it's worth waiting to stop by for the food here. There are still alot of veggie and meat choices left on the menu and we all are wanting to try them. Ok, it's clean too, they clearly pay attention and keep it nice. Decor is very creative. This is a small place and yet cleverly decorated with a Persian rug along a wall and other traditional folk art pieces and lovely pictures. So you really feel to sit and enjoy. It's clear they have numerous regulars from what customers say when ordering or leaving. I live far but love coming here. :) Very customer service focused without being intrusive. Ciao and Salams
I eat at this restaurant for the last 2 years. The food is excellent traditional Persian style I recommend it to anyone looking for good food and excellent service.
NOT fresh at all- tastes like the food was just warmed up but the prices are not bad. I would have liked to see the food prepared infront of me. The server made the food in the back and came out bad mouthing another store that opened up. He even went about telling me and my friends to avoid this place who were fellow muslims. I wish Cyrus Persian restaurant all the best but this is not the way muslims should be conducting business. I personally will not be coming back not only because the food was tasteless but his business sense left a bad taste in my mouth.
