Aa long as you do not see visible issues, a verbal assurance is good enough for assurance from one Muslim to another. The rest is between Allah and the muslim providing the assurance.

Price is very good for an airport location. Food is good, clean, fresh and a good choice. I would say an above average place. Note for Zabihah.com: Please change Halal summary. There is *NO* halal sign anywhere at the location. I did ask them and they confirmed. So, please change it to Verbal Assurance from Staff.
