I called. Only lamb is halal. I appreciate their honesty.

This is a relatively new Indian restaurant in Wellesley, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston that up until recently did not have any Indian restaurants. Only meat dishes containing goat are halal, but they do have several vegetarian and seafood options. I had the goat biryani, which was flavorful, but the bone to meat ratio was too high. It's a little pricy, but then again everything in Wellesley is expensive. Check with the waitstaff or owner before you order to confirm which dishes have halal meat and which don't. Be warned, though, that the restaurant contains several large statues of Buddha, which may make some people uncomfortable. Alcohol is also served.
