I don't like to be down on Halal joints because frankly there aren't too many of them in this area. However I will try to give an objective assessment of it but honestly there are better places to grab a halal bite. Atmosphere: C, the setting is clean if not a little bare bones. There's no way you would know it is a halal restaurant other than it being listed on zabihah.com and getting assurance from the restaurant staff. Service: B. The server was courteous and the food didn't take too long to make. Food: B. It's okay, nothing phenomenal. Lucky for them most desi restaurants in the Cleveland area are only average. Value: F. I eat out often and I don't mind spending for a good meal, but the prices here are unreasonable. First of all, all dinner orders are 15+, 20+ for lamb dishes. If you order naan, samosas, lassis, then you're gonna get jacked for another ~20. The servings are pretty puny. I ordered the lamb chops and maybe got like 4-5 scrawny pieces and the rest of the plate was filled with chopped onions and peppers. Maybe the buffett is a better value, but ordering off the menu was a rip. Enough to keep me away for a long time. I hope the owners read this and can make some improvement and maybe make the prices a little more reasonable or make the servings a little less stingy. I was going to give it 2 stars but nothing about this place is actually "poor"--it's just you feel you got very little value for the money spent.

The restaurant has a nice clean setup, The Staff insured that all meat is halal. Although I did a take out but the Service was good and staff very courteous. The food was delicious. I would definitely go back and try their buffet. Would recommend this place to all desi food loving people who are in search of Halal restaurants in Akron area.
