Halal beef and chicken stickers are now on the door. I have been in contact with corporate myself who assured me that the meat was certified halal and that employees are trained so as not to cross contaminate the beef/chicken when cooking and handling the pork bacon.

I am just amazed by our Muslim brothers and sisters who visit these places who are clearly stating taht they sell pork and alcohal at the location. How can the food be halal if the owner don;t even know that eating selling of pork is Haram. Plus selling and rinking of Alcohol is Haram. Zabiha website admins should remove these places from their website as these are not halal at all and are misguiding peolple and they are enjoying these haram food items. I would never eat at any place owned fby muslims where they have partial halal food. and alcohol is served.

This Elevation Burger now has a "HALAL BEEF" sign on the door. "bipu" is definitely wrong.. the one employee probably didn't know at the time.

I'm a bit suspicious because when I contacted their head office, they refused to share information about their meat supplier. (yes, it was head office and through email, so you can't use the excuse that maybe the branch employee doesn't know). I mean, if they have halal meat suppliers, why not let a muslim consumer get some more assurance? (Plus, I think customers have a right to this information if they ask)

No.i believe people are mistaken, as a customer i do NOT have the right to "demand" who or what the supply chain is at a corporate store or restuarant, to them you could be anybody, a rival competitor wanting to create mischeif, or an investigative journalist want to tarnish the brand they spent and invested to build, or some sort of conspirator to bring down the company that supplies them so your theoretical company could undermine them or take over there bidding etc...we have to remember elevation burger did NOT set up there chains to appease the muslim base, they are halal by mere almost random coincedence, the company they source there meat from is muslim operated, and since the price was agreeable to them, they made no fuss for the halal route..we muslims picked up on the halal whispers, the company saw it as a niche marketing too, so corporate confirmed the "source" was halal to some muslim oriented blogs, and the story went viral from there...they had no intentions to cater to mullahs, or other practising muslims or activists..so we need to take that into account...we live in a primarely non muslim country first and foremost, we have to respect the law and order situation here..we cannot go into a private business that is not advertising has halal and DEMAND to see this or that or else...it's rude, disrespectful, leaves a bad impression, etc..remember they NEVER advertised as HALAL and pandering to muslims..they just confirmed that the source of meat happens to be a muslim vendor..whatever that means to us or them, we can take it from there...let's loosen up on the harrassment of non muslims establishments demanding they appease us, when that is not the right way to approach it.

You must be careful posting that this place is Halal. This place is trending especially during the month of ramadan and people should use their discretion when eating. This site specifically states that "the beef is killed by machine." When did machine cut meat become halal? People should take caution. Do we really need the burgers that badly? http://www.ibnpercy.com/is-elevation-burger-halal-yes-it-is/

I have been added by their twitter account, and they confirmed on their twitter page that they use halal/hand slaughtered meat for their burger meat. Their bacon, however, is not halal. With that being said, their burger was amazing! It was a double patty burger and it basically tasted like awesomeness. Definitely try it out!

I called this location and the employee on the phone confirmed and specifically denied that they carry any HALAL meat. Please remove this listing. It is mis-leading
