I visited this establishment today and while I was impressed by the appearance, I was very disappointed by the fact that I was informed that their their fresh chicken was not zabihah hand-cut. They do have crescent chicken in the freezer, which is zabihah hand cut. I was told that their beef, lamb, and goat is zabihah. They seem to go through great measures to show that they are halal, but when asked about the zabihah hand cut status, I was told that the chicken they had was machine cut. Very upsetting, because I thought I could trust that it was ok to eat, and some of my family unfortunately ate some before I asked. The grocery area was nice. I just don't understand why muslims aren't more considerate of others who do not want to eat machine slaughtered. Its like we have to constantly be suspicious.

This is a great grocery store with many halal options (middle eastern, Indian/Pakistani). They have fresh and frozen meats. The other great part is they have a restaurant within. Big space with many tables. I went for lunch many times and every time they have different freshly cooked meals. One time they were making the bread for the meal right then and there! Loves it and took a bag home. It is near main campus Cleveland clinic. They have ample parking spots.

This place is a wonderful supermarket. It\'s basically like a halal Whole Foods, plenty of halal offerings from the Middle East and South Asia. Friendly employees and clean. It has a seating area and buffet as well.

The most pathetic halal place i have ever been in United states. The guy didn't even know the difference between gyro sauce and another type of white sauce. Small portion size. Non courteous male staff. Please do not waste money on this place rather go to Pasha's, which is way better and staff is mannered.

Checked out this place yesterday to get some halal meat for the home...was beyond impressed! The place is the cleanest halal meat/grocery store I've ever been to! So happy to have such a great market in our area now.

I've been to this restaurant on multiple occasions. The staff is kind and courteous and as the other reviews said the manager is very polite and helpful always a smile and there to help out. I have been into the market but didn't buy anything just to look around. And it's a very fine market as well. I can deff see myself going there for shopping. Both are very clean and the architectural design is simply beautiful. If you're thinking of going try it out.

I agree with the previous reviewer. We had gone early on when it first opened, so I don't know what the grocery store is like but the eating area was great! It is set up cafeteria style with an amazing salad bar and a buffet with hot foods as well. We had the rice and the kabobs, which were all delicious! You can trust the zabihah halal status for sure!

As salaam ua laykum. Subhanna'Allah, Rumi's is great and the brother who runs it is wonderful by the mercy of Allah ta'ala and he is recommended by other very good Muslims who also speak well of his character. They truly have something for everyone and the brother assured us that everything there is zabihah halal. They have a deli, a wonderful salad bar, a brick pizza oven, pastries and other deserts, a station where hot entrees are served, and a grocery store as well. They are doing a fine job appealing to Muslims and non Muslims alike and I pray that Allah grants us all success in this life as well as the next. They serve both Middle Eastern as well as traditional American dishes and all of the food has been wonderful masha'Allah. The staff there are all very nice and professional. Rumi's is an excellent dawah opportunity for both Muslims and non Muslims alike. We as Muslims must support one another in order to strengthen this ummah.
