Owners are Sikhs but extremely polite and gave verbal assurance for some chicken items and goat being halal. He also confirmed he doesn't serve beef or pork items. If you are looking for good desi/spicy food in the boonies, then this is an excellent option. They also have lunch buffet. Open at 4:30pm on Monday's.

The owner is a Non Muslim (Sikh). the authenticity of Halal meat is very doubtful except.Goat. Taste is ok. It would be good if owner can specify where does he buys his Halal meat from.

We loved the food served here! The portions were big and the food was very tasty! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and hope to go back soon. As a side note, you have to let the server know that you want halal/zabihah meat so they can prepare accordingly.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover a halal restaurant in this small town, and moreso when the clientele visiting were locals rather than the ethnicities anticipated. The food is absolutely delicious, with all the right flavors, combinations, and presentation that you would expect in a high-end restaurant. There is a buffet available (call for details) and the entrees include vegetarian and meat-based items reprepsenting all of India. We had lamb rogan josh, egg biryani, masala dosa, and naan - and had enough for another meal. The food was light yet filling, and tasty enough to hope we go back through Springfield again soon!
