Pedro's House of Lamb has been offering patrons a taste of Spain since 1982, with its signature dish of lamb shoulder and creamy scalloped potatoes. Whole bake lamb shoulder marinated with rosemary, garlic and olive oil slowly roasted to tender perfection and served with scalloped potatoes. $45 each. Also available in individual portions for $15.
