About Tarbush Kitchen

Salam and Aseel Bunyan have been cooking Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food in Boise since 2014, when The Goodness Land became an anchor restaurant at the Boise International Market. Salam was head chef and owner at The Goodness Land until 2018. Tarbush is their latest creation, located on Overland Road, next door to Kabul Market, where you can stop in for a quick, fresh, authentic lunch or linger over a family style dinner. Experience in the food 23 years Graduate of the Baghdad Iraq institute of Tourism and Hotel Baghdad in 1996.
