375° is a fast food concept established in New York City's Lower East Side in 2017. We love fast food but we don't love the additives, antibiotics, and fillers big brands usually use. So we decided to make something better. What we make goes high on the FRIERARCHY OF FRYCKIN' GOOD STUFF. We use a unique process where we fry our chicken and fries at 375 degrees for optimal crispiness. We don't use warmers, holding cabinets, microwaves, and other tools to keep the food warm. Every item on our menu is made to order. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
