About Big Moe's Kitchen
With over 15 years experience under his belt to a certified culinarian expert. Big Moe decided to change the style of food in our community. He attended and graduated school craft college's culinary arts program and formally worked at the Detroit athletics club. Finding his passion, he set out to share his skills with the community. Big Moe's was founded and was first located in a gas station in Wayne, Michigan in 2016. Our fresh locally purchased ingredients and absolute love for cooking put us on the map. With Our wonderful feedback and 5 stars on Yelp, Chef Moe decided it was time for a bigger and better location to share his passion for cooking, and changing the scale of food in our community.
